Babolat Boost Drive White Strung Tennis Racket - 27 INCH

The Babolat Boost Drive White is the ideal racket for anyone discovering tennis for the first time, getting back on court after a break, or simply looking for a fun, reliable partner for recreational matches. Engineered around Babolat's Easy Power concept, it takes the guesswork out of the game — making it easier to hit with confidence, generate pace, and enjoy every rally from the very first session.

At the core of the Boost Drive's accessibility is its large 105 sq in (680 cm²) head — one of the most forgiving head sizes in Babolat's adult racket lineup. This oversized hitting surface creates a massive sweet spot that reduces the penalty for off-centre contact, ensuring that even imperfect strokes come back with pace and consistency. Combined with a 16x19 open string pattern, the racket naturally assists with power generation and gives the ball a lively, springy response on every shot.

Weighing just 260 g unstrung, the Boost Drive White is one of Babolat's lightest adult graphite rackets. The full graphite composite frame is significantly lighter than aluminum alternatives, making the racket effortless to swing through the ball — even during extended play sessions. This lightness benefits beginners who are still developing strength and coordination, casual weekend players who want comfort over long rallies, and returning players who may not be at peak fitness yet. The 345 mm balance point gives it a slightly head-heavy feel that naturally adds momentum to flat drives and baseline groundstrokes.

Babolat's time-tested Woofer System is built into the grommet strip of the Boost Drive, and it makes a real difference to playability at this price level. By allowing the strings and frame to interact dynamically at the moment of impact, the system extends the dwell time — how long the ball stays on the string bed — resulting in improved control, a more forgiving feel, and reduced vibration through the arm. The result is a smoother, more connected sensation that beginner players will immediately notice compared to basic starter rackets.

The Boost Drive White comes pre-strung with Babolat's Syntec Uptake grip, which offers a soft, cushioned feel in the hand from the very first point. Its striking White/Coral colorway is modern and bold, standing out on court and giving players the confidence of a premium-looking racket. Stiff at 70 RA, the frame delivers crisp, direct response on full-swing groundstrokes and serves without unwanted flex. Whether you're playing your first match or your hundredth, the Babolat Boost Drive White delivers exactly what a beginner or recreational player needs: simplicity, comfort, power, and great looks.
