Kit your whole squad, in one order
Cricket, tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickleball and boxing — supplied to academies, schools, colleges, district associations, clubs, corporate leagues and government bodies across India. One enquiry, one quotation, one invoice.
Bought through authorised distributors
Which is what makes the brand’s own warranty actually claimable when something fails mid-season.
GST invoice in your organisation’s name
With your GSTIN on it, so your accounts team can claim input credit and book the purchase.
Direct, PO, GeM or tender
Tell us how your organisation is allowed to buy and we work to that route, not around it.
Who buys this way
If you are ordering for a group rather than for yourself, this is the right page — whatever the sport and however your organisation is required to buy.
Sports academy / coaching centre
Forty junior cricket kits before a new intake, sized by age rather than guessed at.
School (private / trust)
Table-tennis tables and bats for a new indoor hall, plus shuttles and racquets for the badminton courts.
College or university
A season’s consumables across four sports on one invoice, so the sports budget is spent once.
District or state association
Match balls and umpiring gear for a district tournament, delivered before the fixture list starts.
Club or society
Pickleball paddles and nets for a residents’ society court that has just been laid.
Corporate / CSR / employee league
Boxing gloves and pads for an employee fitness programme, or kits for an inter-office cricket league.
Government body, PSU or government school
Equipment for a government school or PSU sports programme, procured through GeM or a tender.
Retailer or reseller
Stock for a local sports shop that wants genuine gear with a proper invoice trail.
What goes into a squad order
Cricket is the clearest worked example, so it is spelled out in full. Every other sport we stock works the same way.
A full cricket kit, item by item
Bats / racquets / paddles — Sized to the player — sizes 1 to 6 and Harrow across a school squad, short handle above that.
Pads, gloves, guards — Batting pads, batting gloves, thigh guard, arm guard, abdominal guard.
Helmets — To BS 7928:2013. An under-18 must wear one batting or keeping against a hard ball.
Shoes / spikes — Spikes or rubbers, depending on whether the squad plays on turf or matting.
Clothing / team kit — Whites or coloured team kit, with player names and squad numbers if you want them.
Keeping gear — Keeping gloves and inners, plus keeping pads for the one or two who need them.
Balls / shuttles — Leather, synthetic or practice balls, by the dozen.
Kit bags — One per player — wheelie or duffel.
Nets & training equipment — Nets, stumps, cones, catching aids and machine balls for the ground itself.
Send us an age or size split if you have one and we will map the sizes for you. If you do not have one, tell us the age range and the number of players and we will propose a split you can check.

A hall of table-tennis tables is the same conversation as forty cricket kits, and goes through the same form.
- Tennis
- Racquets by grip size, strings, balls by the case, court nets.
- Badminton
- Racquets by weight and flex, feather or nylon shuttles by the tube, nets and posts.
- Table tennis
- Tables, bats and rubbers, three-star balls, nets, posts and side barriers.
- Pickleball
- Paddles by weight, indoor and outdoor balls, portable nets.
- Boxing
- Gloves by weight and by use — sparring versus bag work — wraps, headguards, mouthguards, focus pads.
Three ways an order gets handled
Named tiers, described by what you get rather than by what you spend. The numbers belong on a quotation written for your actual requirement, not on a landing page.
Starter
A single squad, a single team, or a one-off top-up before a season starts.
- An itemised quotation with GST shown separately
- GST invoice in your organisation’s name
- One named person to talk to, on email or WhatsApp
- Help sizing a squad from an age or height split
Academy
A club or academy kitting out several batches, or a school covering more than one sport.
- Everything in Starter
- A proforma invoice you can take into an approval or fund-release process
- Personalisation coordinated across the order — names, numbers, your crest
- One consolidated invoice instead of one per batch
- A pre-season planning conversation, so the order lands before the fixtures do
Institutional
Schools, colleges, associations, PSUs and government bodies buying against a PO, a tender or GeM.
- Everything in Academy
- Billing against your purchase order, with the terms agreed before you raise it
- Documentation support for a GeM listing or a tender submission
- Delivery split across campuses or branches, invoiced the way your accounts team needs
- Annual supply planning, so next season is a repeat rather than a fresh enquiry
- A named contact who stays with you through the season, including replacements
What it costs depends on the order. Pricing scales with size, with the mix of items, and with how much personalisation is involved — so the only honest number is the one on a quotation written for what you actually need. Tell us the requirement and you will get that number in writing, itemised, with GST shown separately.
Get a quotationSafety and compliance
The two things a school, a college or an association is actually judged on when it buys equipment: whether the protective gear meets the right standard, and whether the paperwork stands up.
Cricket helmets: the standard to ask for is BS 7928:2013
BS 7928:2013 is the head-protection standard the ICC mandates, and the benchmark used across organised cricket in India. Where a helmet includes a neck protector, the relevant version is BS 7928:2013+A1:2019, which added the test for it. If you are writing a specification for a school or an association, that is the line to put in it.
An under-18 player must wear a helmet when batting, and when keeping up to the stumps, against a hard ball. For a school or academy order that is not a preference — it is the rule you are buying to satisfy, so size the helmets to the players rather than ordering one size and hoping.
Watch out for “BIS-certified” on a cricket helmet. India’s BIS Quality Control Orders for helmets cover two-wheeler helmets (IS 4151) and industrial helmets (IS 2925). Neither is a cricket standard, so the phrase tells you nothing about cricket head protection. Ask for the BS 7928 certificate instead — send us the models you are considering and we will confirm in writing what each one is certified to.
Bought through authorised distributors
Not from the grey market and not from a parallel importer. It is what makes the manufacturer’s warranty claimable when a bat or a pair of pads fails, and it is the difference between a replacement and an argument.
GST invoicing that your accounts team can book
A tax invoice in your organisation’s registered name, with your GSTIN on it and GST shown separately. Ask for a proforma invoice first if the purchase has to clear an approval before funds are released.
How procurement works
Four steps, and one fork in the middle that decides everything else.
Tell us what you need
The form below takes a couple of minutes. You do not need a final item list or an exact count — a rough quantity, the sports involved and roughly when you need it is enough to start, and we will sharpen the rest on a call.
We confirm what we can supply, in writing
An itemised quotation with GST shown separately, on letterhead if your process needs it, and a proforma invoice if the purchase has to clear an approval before funds are released. If we cannot supply something on your list we say so and name it, rather than quietly substituting a brand you did not ask for.
Then it depends on how your organisation is allowed to buy
This is the single thing most likely to change how your enquiry is handled, which is why the form asks about it up front. If you are not sure which applies to you, pick “Not sure yet” — it is a normal answer, and it is better than a confident wrong one.
Buying direct, or against a purchase order
Private academies · private and trust schools · colleges · clubs and societies · corporates · resellers
You approve the quotation and we raise a tax invoice in your organisation’s registered name, with your GSTIN on it. If your process needs a purchase order first, send it — or the draft — and we will confirm the terms we can accept before you raise it, not after.
If the spend has to clear a committee, a trust or a management board before funds are released, ask for a proforma invoice and a quotation on letterhead — that is usually the document the approval actually needs, and asking for it up front saves a fortnight.
Buying through GeM or a tender
Government schools · PSUs · government departments · many district and state associations · some universities
Organisations like yours are frequently required to procure through the GeM portal or a formal tender, and cannot simply buy from a website even when that would be easier. We will not ask you to work around your own procurement rules.
Send the GeM category, or the bid or tender document, along with your enquiry, and choose the matching option on the form. We will confirm whether we can participate and against which items — and if we cannot, we will say so rather than let your bid cycle run out waiting on us.
Delivery, then a person who stays with you
To one address or split across campuses and branches, invoiced the way your accounts team needs it. The same named contact handles replacements during the season and next season’s order, so you are not re-explaining your setup to a stranger in six months.
Names, numbers and your crest
Team kit that looks like a team. What we need from you to quote it without a second round of emails.
What can be personalised
- Player names
- Squad numbers
- School / academy logo or crest
Tick the ones you want on the form and we will confirm, item by item, what is possible and what it adds — both to the price and to how long the order takes. Method matters more than you would expect: printing, heat transfer and embroidery do not suit the same items, and the right one depends on the fabric and on how much washing the kit is going to see.
Send these three things and we can quote straight away
- The name list as a spreadsheet — one row per player, with the exact spelling you want printed and the squad number beside it.
- Your logo or crest as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). A screenshot or a logo lifted off a website will not hold up at kit size, and re-drawing it is what adds days.
- Which items should carry what. Names and numbers usually go on clothing and kit bags; some equipment cannot be personalised at all, and we will tell you which before you commit.
Tell us what you need
Twelve fields, most of them a tap. The more you tell us here, the closer the first reply is to a usable quotation.
Questions that actually hold orders up
Where an answer depends on a commercial term we have not agreed with you yet, it says so rather than inventing a policy.
Can we get a quotation on your letterhead before we order?
Yes. Tick "I need a proforma invoice or quotation on letterhead" on the enquiry form and we will send an itemised quotation with GST shown separately. If it has to be addressed to a particular officer or carry a file or reference number so it can go into your approval file, tell us and we will put that on it.
Will the GST invoice be in our organisation’s name?
Yes. Send us the registered name, the address and the GSTIN exactly as they appear on your GST registration certificate, and the invoice will be raised against them. This matters: without your GSTIN on the invoice your organisation cannot claim input tax credit on the purchase, and a corrected invoice after the fact is far more work than getting it right the first time.
Can you bill against our purchase order?
Yes. Send the PO — or the draft — with your enquiry, and tell us what terms it carries and which entity raises it. We will confirm what we can accept before you commit to it, rather than after, so nothing in your PO has to be amended later.
Are you on GeM? Can you supply against a tender?
Tell us the GeM category or send us the tender or bid document and we will confirm whether we can participate, and against which items. Government schools, PSUs, universities and many district and state associations are required to buy through GeM or a formal tender and cannot simply order from a website — we will not ask you to work around your own procurement rules, and if we cannot serve you through that route we will say so rather than let your bid cycle run out.
What are your payment terms? Do you offer credit?
Tell us what your finance process requires — advance, part payment, payment against delivery, or a credit period tied to your PO — and we will confirm what we can do for the size and type of order you are placing. We would rather agree that in writing up front than publish a term here that turns out not to apply to your order.
What is your minimum order?
There is no published floor. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether it is better placed as a bulk order or simply bought from the store — a single squad’s worth of gear sometimes is, and saying so costs us a little and saves you a round of emails.
Something arrives faulty, or fails mid-season. What happens?
Manufacturing defects are covered by the brand’s own warranty, and because we buy through authorised distributors that warranty is actually claimable. Tell us the item, the batch and what happened, and we will confirm the replacement route before you send anything back. Normal match wear is not a defect — an edge crack on a bat that has faced hundreds of balls, or worn-through spikes — and we will be straight with you about which one you are looking at.
Can you deliver to more than one campus or branch on one order?
Yes. Send the addresses with their PIN codes and the quantity for each one, and tell us whether your accounts team needs a single consolidated invoice or one invoice per delivery address. Both are possible; getting it wrong means your accounts team cannot book it.
Do you supply sports other than cricket in bulk?
Yes — cricket, tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickleball and boxing. A school kitting out a table-tennis hall or a college buying badminton racquets and shuttles for a season is exactly the same conversation as a cricket academy ordering kits, and goes through the same enquiry form.
Which safety standard should we insist on for cricket helmets?
BS 7928:2013, with the +A1:2019 amendment if the helmet includes a neck protector. That is the standard the ICC mandates and the one used across organised cricket in India, and it is what you should ask for in writing. Be careful of "BIS-certified" as a claim on a cricket helmet: India’s BIS Quality Control Orders for helmets cover two-wheeler helmets (IS 4151) and industrial helmets (IS 2925), not cricket, so the phrase does not describe cricket head protection at all. Tell us the models you are considering and we will confirm what each one is certified to.
