Returns
You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns or offer exchanges after this period.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Note: There is no order cancellation or return for any customized products. This includes items such as cricket bats that have been oiled and knocked before delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders : If your original payment method was Cash on Delivery (COD), then the refunds will be initiated in the form of 'Store Credits' that can be redeemed for any further purchase from our website.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for return shipping. If your order is over ₹2000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
